We’re a marketing agency that works with big brands like adidas, Co-op, Jet2 and Chicago Town. There are 400 of us across the world, doing all kinds of different jobs. From web development to graphic design, SEO to strategy, PR to film production. It might sound serious, but we have a lot of fun. Sure, there are some spreadsheets involved, but it’s mostly about coming up with ideas.

We’re working with Baltic Apprenticeships, a national apprenticeship training provider focusing on purely on tech and digital skills. Working with Baltic, we have two courses on offer. But whether you’re a content production prodigy, or a digital marketeer in the making, you will be mentored and supported by industry leaders throughout.

Our Content Creator apprenticeship will transform your creative flair into marketing skills. Throughout this programme, you’ll get hands-on experience with graphic design & video software using Adobe Creative Cloud, and explore social platforms such as TikTok & Instagram. This role sits within our PR, Social & Content team.

Convert creative energy into powerful digital campaigns with this Level 3 Digital Marketing apprenticeship. This programme teaches people to create, implement and analyse successful marketing campaigns across web and social media channels. This role sits within our Media team.
