Our industry needs to be more diverse, more inclusive and more representative of the world that we live in today.

There are a number of ways that collectively, we can achieve this.

As one of the largest agencies in the UK, we also know that what we do at IMA-HOME can make a difference. So, this year, we’ll be putting a lot of energy into creating accessible routes into the industry.

There are a number of initiatives we plan to launch, and today we’re very pleased to announce that submissions are OPEN for our first ever IMA-HOME Academy Apprenticeship scheme.

These opportunities are underpinned by our commitment to increasing social mobility in our industry and will be offered to comprehensive school leavers in areas local to our office locations, beginning with Leeds.

We are dedicated to reaching people who may not ordinarily find us. Actively encouraging schools to show that careers in advertising can be a lucrative and tangible reality for learners from all different backgrounds.

Our Apprenticeships, which will be offered through Baltic, will be focused on Content Creation and Digital Marketing.

We are committed to making our Apprentice’s experience and learning meaningful to them. They won't be stuck making teas and sorting admin, but closely mentored and supported in building a long-lasting career.

We are beyond excited to meet some amazing young minds as we begin our recruitment of these roles.

If you or someone you know is interested in finding out more, we will be at the Leeds Apprenticeship Recruitment Fair on Monday 6th February, and you can find out more here or by contacting [email protected].
