Say hi to our new Managing Director
Exciting news - we've got a new Managing Director.
Stepping into the role is Alexandra Uprichard, who brings with her 24 years of experience across the advertising and marketing sector.
In her new role, Alex will continue to build global growth across the agency. With the support of Chief Exec Partners Nickii Gray and James Henry, she will drive forward our connected global products and services, which unite our offices in Leeds, Manchester, London, New York, Gibraltar, Sydney, Amsterdam and Cape Town.
It's these cross-channel teams and diverse skillsets that allow us to collaborate with clients such as adidas, Dr Oetker, Hisense, Jet2 and The INKEY List. Ensuring they always have an experienced and expert team helping them to deliver real-world strategies and solutions built on their customer’s needs.
Prior to this promotion, Alex was our Director of Channel Strategy, and has been a driver of many internal initiatives, including Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, our mission to be a Great Place to Work, early careers and mentorship.
As the inaugural IPA City Head for Leeds, Yorkshire and Humberside, Alex has also pledged to ensure those working in the region are fairly represented and supported within the advertising and media industries.
